The New York State Food Festival returns to the Empire State Plaza in Albany on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, for a full day of food, music, and summer fun!!
From 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., more than 40 food trucks and local vendors will offer a wide variety of cuisines and specialty treats throughout the Plaza and live music! Dont miss performances by Slingshot Funk Band at noon, DJ Mr. CEO at 5:00 p.m., Whiskey Highway at 5:30 p.m., Sound Minds at 6:30 p.m., and the evening concludes with Starship featuring Mickey Thomas at 7:45 p.m.
Bring your appetite, enjoy live music throughout the day, and experience a summer celebration filled with great food, local flavors, and live entertainment in the heart of downtown Albany.
