20 Outstanding Women!
We found the women who go above and beyond to make their communities a better place to live. Those unsung heroes in our neighborhoods – the ones who are already busy, yet find the time to give back in big ways to help others.

Today's Outstanding Woman is,
Eileen Foley
Eileen is one of the most thoughtful and generous people you will ever meet. She is the epitome of the saying give a busy woman a job because you know it will get done! She has been active with the Mount Ida food pantry in Troy for the last several years. After the government started to cut funds for this valuable community resource, Eileen took it upon herself to start a fundraiser for the food pantry, her efforts resulted in over $7,000 being raised for Mt. Ida. In addition to her involvement at the food pantry, she has been very active in ensuring families in need at Brittonkill have school supplies, snacks, thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner and gifts. Eileen also supports our military by providing care packages and notes to those serving our country. She does this because she has one of the biggest hearts you’ve ever experienced.
