Today's Outstanding Woman is,
Michelle Viola Straight of Altamont
As a devoted wife and mother of three, including two sons who serve in the military, Michelle is deeply committed to supporting our heroes. She advocates for veterans in various capacities, from lifting homeless veterans off the streets and providing shelter, to assisting them in transitioning into meaningful, financially secure jobs.
In her role as Executive Director at ClearPath Mortgage Solutions, she ensures that active-duty members and veterans have access to housing solutions tailored to their unique needs. As Executive Director of Community Relations at the Veterans Miracle Center, she has transformed the lives of over 25,000 individuals by connecting them to essential services and support.
Michelle is also an active member of the American Legion Riders and sits on the United Military Affairs Council, where she works tirelessly for the welfare of veterans and their families. As a double Blue Star mom, she embodies a deep sense of pride and dedication.
Her passion, warmth, and ability to connect with others have made a profound impact on the community. Michelle’s tireless efforts to support veterans and their families, along with her genuine compassion, make her an outstanding nominee for the 95.5 20 Amazing Women recognition.
