20 Outstanding Women!
We found the women who go above and beyond to make their communities a better place to live. Those unsung heroes in our neighborhoods – the ones who are already busy, yet find the time to give back in big ways to help others.

Today's Outstanding Woman is,
Connie Bramer of Clifton Park
Constance Bramer, known as Connie, is the resilient founder and President of GYRB Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting cancer patients in the 518 area. As a single mom and breast cancer survivor diagnosed in 2008, Connie turned her gratitude for the generosity she received during her recovery into a lifelong mission. She began blogging and authored "How Connie Got Her Rack Back," with proceeds going to cancer patients. In 2015, she officially established GYRB to directly assist cancer patients with co-pays, groceries, and transportation. Connie's dedication extends beyond breast cancer, actively supporting all cancer patients. Notably, she organizes an annual Holiday stocking drive, distributing 4,000 stockings to children affected by cancer in the local community.
