Kathleen Lowes of Ballston Lake

Kathleen A. Lowes is a woman who has built her life around one profound purpose: serving others with excellence, compassion, and unwavering dignity especially in their most vulnerable moments.

As a Funeral Director, Kathleen brings an extraordinary level of care and personal attention to every family she serves. She approaches each service not as a professional obligation, but as a sacred opportunity to honor a life fully lived. With remarkable attention to detail and a deep sense of empathy, she ensures that every farewell is a true celebration of the person being remembered. Families who walk through her doors do not simply find a funeral home they find a place that feels like home, warm and comforting at a time when comfort is needed most. Kathleen treats each family as if they were her own, and that genuine care leaves a lasting impression on all who experience it.

Her commitment to the community she serves extends well beyond her professional role. Kathleen organizes and hosts charitable events that bring people together around meaningful causes, always working behind the scenes to ensure that others feel supported, valued, and heard. Her annual Party on the Porch raises vital funds for a local nonprofit, and she plays a central role in hosting the annual Butterfly Gala for Gateway House of Peace, a cause that reflects her deep respect for the dignity of every human life.

In everything she does whether guiding a grieving family, organizing a community fundraiser, or simply showing up for those who need her. Kathleen leads with integrity, generosity, and heart.
