Adorable Bear Cub Makes Unexpected Appearance at Gardner Dickinson Elementary School Soccer Field
On Wednesday morning, an unexpected visitor made an appearance at Gardner Dickinson Elementary School: a playful bear cub was spotted frolicking on the soccer field. Witnesses reported seeing the little bear wandering curiously around the field, local wildlife officials were alerted, and they quickly arrived on the scene to monitor the situation. Thankfully, the bear, likely on a solo adventure, eventually made its way off the property without incident.
As the bear roamed off into the nearby woods, the school community breathed a sigh of relief with gym and recess being held indoors for the remainder of the day. Despite the morning excitement, the boys' soccer game scheduled for later in the day proceeded as planned.
