ARRESTS:

Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 26 year old Chase M. Hatfield on Saturday, July 24th for 2 Audrain County warrants.

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, July 23rd:

Vandalism on West Jackson.

A fraud at East Liberty.

Stealing or theft on North Clark.

A runaway juvenile on Audrain Road 814.

A stolen vehicle at South Missouri.

An intoxicated person driving on West Street.

A scam at 4820 South Clark.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Saturday, July 24th:

A stealing or theft on Buchanan.

A fraud at South Calhoun.

A report of animal abuse or neglect at 4820 South Clark.

Public Safety responded to these calls for service yesterday (Sunday):

A runaway juvenile on Briarwood.

A sexual assault reported at East Monroe.

A stealing or theft on East Breckenridge.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A 2 car accident reported on Friday, July 23rd on Western at Monroe.

According to the accident report it happened around 1:23pm when a vehicle driven by 57 year old Penny Burton of Mexico was stopped waiting for a light.

A vehicle driven by 36 year old Jason E. Evers of Bonnots Mill, Missouri turned into a local business and struck the rear side of Burton’s vehicle.
