A rare sight to catch, especially in the Capital Region, but his videographer had the camera rolling at exactly the right time.
This was posted Tuesday (4/25) on Albany Reddit. The video shows a bald eagle flying over the Hudson River in the Troy area. The bird takes a couple loops around, then dives to the surface where it pulls out its next meal.
Just a reminder if you’re human, better to not eat fish from the Hudson River.
