A sure sign of summer is when the movies begin playing on the two big screens at one of the areas most legendary destinations.
The Malta Drive In on Route 9 in Malta will officially begin its 2023 season on Friday night. Two movies will be shown on each screen Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Screen 1 will show ‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie‘ followed by ‘Puss in Boots: The Last Wish‘. On Screen 2, it’s a horror double feature with ‘Evil Dead Rise‘ followed by ‘Scream XI‘.
Gates and snack bar open at 7pm, the movies start right around 8. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or online, Adults 12+ are $11, kids under 12 are $6.
