Wind chills this weekend and more snow next week. The National Weather Service is monitoring a system off the east coast that could make its way to the Capital Region Monday into Tuesday.

The areas highlighted in red are most likely to receive the most snowfall, potentially 7 inches or more. Those areas include the counties of Warren, Schenectady, Saratoga Fulton, Montgomery, Hamilton and Herkimer. Parts of Western Mass and Southern Vermont are also likely to see significant snow totals.
Alyssa Caroprese from CBS 6 says it’s still too early to know exactly where the storm will hit, but the models are showing the potential for a good amount of snow to fall over most of the Capital Region.
