Arguably, the most popular drive-in in the Capital Region. Thousands descend on Jumpin’ Jacks in Scotia every summer for burgers, fries and ice cream.
And you won’t have to wait long to get your dose of fried goodness. Jumpin’ Jacks announced on their website they will officially open for the season at 11am on March 30th.
Jumpin’ Jacks is a special destination because of its long history in the Capital Region. 2023 will be the eatery’s 71st year. In addition, it’s located along the Mohawk River where the US Water Ski Show Team puts on their weekly shows.
The 2023 water ski schedule has not been announced yet, but shows generally take place Tuesday nights starting in June.
