NBC’s Today Show has been doing a series called ‘Winter Escapes’. On Monday, Lake George was featured and NewsChannel 13’s Chris Onorato went live nationwide to tell people across America what the Lake George Region has to offer.
The event took place at the historic Fort William Henry resort where lots of enthusiastic fans from around the Capital Region gathered to be part of the show.
Even the Mermaid of Lake George braved the cold weather to join the fun.
Some of the events highlighted were the popular Lake George Winter Carnival, the Ice Castles, and of course the other events that happen year round.
