Three athletes from the Saratoga Ninja Lab have been chosen to compete on the sports-reality show American Ninja Warrior.
Two coaches, Geoff and Jenson along with one member, Andre, received the call after years of training and submitting audition tapes to the show.
Andre told News 10 about his training and never ending pursuit of becoming a contestant.
I have been consistently training and doing Ninja since 2016/2017. I told myself I would apply for the show by the time I turn 50 years old. So last year I applied and was invited to participate in season 15. This was a very exciting time in my life. I was so happy they chose me.
The three will be flown to Universal Studios in LA sometime in March or April for the taping. No specifics on when their episode will air, but there are indications it will be sometime in June on NBC.
