Hawaii is welcoming tourists again – with one condition: They have to test negative for coronavirus. About 8,000 people landed in Hawaii on Thursday, the first day of a pre-travel testing program that allows travelers to come to the islands without quarantining for two weeks if there’s proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
