Her sister Bella tried to hide a gift bag with a sunflower emoji when she posted a picture of the festivities, the bag allegedly said “Hello little one.” The baby news was confirmed by a family member on Tuesday (April 28), it’s believed that Gigi is five months pregnant with Zayn Malik’s baby.
