Sex: Spayed Female
Breed: Shiba Inu / Basenji Mix
Weight: 30 pounds

Sally is a special lady who's been at the shelter quite a while. She came in as a stray, terrified and confused. A police officer found her with a collar, but no identification tags, and no one came forward to claim her. Slowly Sally came out of her shell, and grew to be a goofy, silly girl who loves to play. She will prance around and will nudge you (or any neighboring canine friends), asking you to join her. She's been having sleep-overs with a staff member and her dog, and from the first night Sally dove under the covers. She will sleep by your side (or on top of you!) until you're ready to get up. She gets along great with cats, and she's great with dogs once she knows she's safe. We're not sure what happened to her before coming to the shelter, but for whatever reason she needs reassurance that no one's going to hurt her.
