Have you been wondering? Because Bill has a new co-host!
Capital Region Mornings will ‘B’ even more fun, a tad bit crazier and full of caffeine…what else is needed in the start of your day? Tune in weekday morning with B95.5!!
Meredith hails from northwestern NY; not far from the Canadian border i.e. snow country. Cold and snow are in her blood, so moving to Lake Placid in her 20s was an ideal landscape. She fell into radio quite by accident while working as the Communications Manager for the visitors center. She read a weekly commercial detailing Olympic events. Eventually, it turned into an opportunity to work as a radio personality at Mountain Communications. She was hooked! From there she would move to Utica for a gig in country radio, then back to the Albany market which had been her home for many years prior. (Her family moved to Bethlehem from upstate in 1995.) Go Eagles!
After taking a break from radio for several years to stay at home with daughters, Emerson, 6 and Everett, 4, Meredith decided to go for The B95.5 Breakfast Club! Her daughters are her number one priority, but feels it’s important that her girls see her doing something that she loves. (They think it’s a pretty cool job.) They’re always stealing her headphones which are usually a funky color. Once, she even had a fuzzy, pink pair.
When she’s not on air, being mom or playing PTA, she can be found running, walking her Husky, Dakota, or maybe having a glass of champagne by the fire with her husband, Bud. Meredith loves fires - in the fireplace, not in the pyromaniac kind of way. She also believes that ANY day is a reason to celebrate. So, uncork that champagne. Cheers!
Bill Fox is the host of the B95.5 Breakfast Club, weekday mornings 5:30-10:00. Bill moved to the Capitol Region from Portland, ME where he hosted a successful morning show for six years. He's also done mornings throughout California...Sacramento, Fresno, and Bakersfield. He was also in the Unites States Air Force for seven years, where he worked on Armed Forces Radio & Television as a morning radio show host, and a television news anchor. Bill also spent three years as a Basic Military Training Instructor...yeah the guy that wears the Smokey Bear hat and yells at people. We're so happy those days are behind him!
Father of two sons, Bill is also a huge animal lover. His family has five cats, and a crazy Boxer named Zora. He loves Boston Red Sox baseball, Pittsburgh Steelers football, The Godfather, Facebook, Twitter, Kit Kat bars, and pizza.
